About LSK Productions
LSK Productions is a music-driven, full-service video production studio founded in London in 2012. With music at our core, we produce bold, visually compelling video content for global brands, artists, and organisations. From concept to delivery, we bring ideas to life through powerful storytelling in sound and vision
Purpose of the role
As a Videographer at LSK, you will shoot high-quality video content across our studio productions - capturing bold content for global brands, artists, and organisations. Our productions are studio-based, so you'll work within multi-camera set-ups and studio lighting to capture interviews, live sessions, performances and brand content to a high standard. Alongside the studio work, you'll also capture fast-turnaround social content on iPhone.
This is a multi-skilled role. When you're not shooting, you'll work alongside the video editors on edits, so solid post-production skills sit alongside your camera craft. Working closely with the Senior Videographer, Head of Camera, Producer and wider team, you'll take direction on set while developing your own technical range.
Responsibilities
Shoot studio content within multi-camera set-ups, setting up and operating lighting to brief.
Capture footage to a high technical standard — framing, exposure, focus, colour and on-set audio.
Shoot fast-turnaround social content on iPhone and other mobile set-ups.
Edit and assemble footage alongside the video team when not shooting.
Set up, test and manage camera, lighting and audio equipment, and organise media after each shoot.
Contribute to shot lists and camera plans, and help maintain the studio's kit inventory.
About You
2-4 years' experience as a videographer in a studio, agency or in-house environment.
Confident with multi-camera studio set-ups and studio lighting.
Solid post-production skills in Premiere Pro (or similar).
A multi-skilled shooter-editor, happy to move between camera and edit.
Good technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
Organised, calm under pressure, and a strong team player.
Passionate about music, video and content, with a reel showing studio and social work.
Flexible with hours, including occasional weekends or early starts.
