Purpose of the role

As a Senior Video Editor at LSK, you will lead the craft of the edit, turning studio rushes into bold, polished content for global brands, talent and organisations. You'll own edits end-to-end, from assembly through to final delivery, across brand films, live sessions, interviews and fast-turnaround social content.

What you'll do

  • Lead edits from ingest to final delivery, cutting music-driven content with strong pacing and storytelling.

  • Colour grade, mix audio and add motion graphics (After Effects) to broadcast-quality standard.

  • Turn creative briefs into on-spec, on-brand cuts — managing your own timelines and feedback rounds, working with the Post-Production Producer to keep projects on schedule.

  • Incorporate client and internal feedback across revision rounds, managing versions, quality checking and delivering the approved final cut.

  • Mentor junior editors and help raise the creative and technical bar across the department.

  • Keep media, workflows and asset libraries organised and efficient.

About you

  • 5+ years' editing experience in a fast-paced studio, agency or in-house environment.

  • Expert in Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong grading and audio mixing skills. Confident in After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

  • A strong storyteller with a great sense of rhythm and musicality — ideally with music content experience.

  • Comfortable across both long-form and short-form/social edits.

  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure.

  • A team player who can mentor junior editors and take direction while bringing fresh ideas and improvements to the edit workflow.
