About LSK Productions
LSK Productions is a music-driven, full-service video production studio founded in London in 2012. With music at our core, we produce bold, visually compelling video content for global brands, artists, and organisations. From concept to delivery, we bring ideas to life through powerful storytelling in sound and vision.

Purpose of Role
As a Post-Production Producer at LSK, you will own the edit timeline of every project - driving content through offline edit, colour, sound and final delivery. You'll take over from the production team at rushes hand-over and manage the post-production slate with agility, creativity and professionalism, working closely with clients, the LSK Core Team and editors.

What you'll do

  • Develop and manage post-production schedules across all active projects.

  • Own and manage the edit timeline for every project, from rushes hand-over through to final delivery.

  • Book and brief editors, colourists and sound designers, and oversee media management across the department.

  • Collate and communicate client feedback, keeping clients updated on versions, timings and review rounds.

  • Manage post-production budgets and timelines, flagging overages and reconciling costs.

  • Quality check final deliverables against client expectations and brand guidelines.

  • Maintain project management software, managing editor resourcing and capacity.

  • Translate briefs into clear edit plans, delegating tasks across the post team.

  • Build and maintain a reliable roster of editors, colourists, sound designers and post suppliers.

  • Manage post-production paperwork, including specs, licensing and delivery receipts.

About you

  • 3-5+ years' experience in post-production coordination or production in a fast-paced studio, agency or in-house environment.

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end post-production pipeline.

  • Confident with editing and media management workflows (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, asset management systems).

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail around media management and delivery specs.

  • Skilled at managing multiple edit timelines and deliverables at once.

  • An excellent communicator, comfortable managing client feedback and expectations.

  • Strong experience in budget management and reconciliation.

  • A proactive team player, calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
